How long does it take to go live?
Most clinics and agencies are live within a week. There is nothing to build from scratch: we set the product up on your domain, load your data, train your team and switch it on. A portfolio site takes a little longer because the design is made for you.
Is it my brand or yours?
Yours. The software runs on your own domain with your logo and your name, and your patients or customers never see ours. Your data is yours as well: you can export all of it at any time, and we delete it on request if you leave.
What does the subscription include?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support, for the monthly price shown on the package. Some packages carry a one-time setup fee, and that is stated on the card before you click. There is no hourly billing, and nothing is invoiced that you did not see first.
