Giving 40 sub-agents their own ticketing panel
SkyRoute Travels issued every ticket by hand and reconciled agent balances every Thursday night. We built them an OTA platform with a B2B sub-agent panel.

The challenge
Forty sub-agents phoned or messaged head office for every booking. Someone issued the ticket by hand, wrote the markup into a spreadsheet, and reconciled who owed what every Thursday night.
What we built
A full OTA platform: supplier search, a B2B panel where each agent books against their own credit limit and markup, automatic voucher and invoice generation, and a running ledger per agent.
The outcome
Agents issue their own tickets. The Thursday reconciliation disappeared because the ledger is continuous, and head office moved from processing bookings to handling exceptions.
The bottleneck
Every one of forty agents had to reach a human at head office to issue a ticket. That human was the constraint on the entire business, and they went home at six.
What we built
- Flight and hotel search across their existing supplier contracts
- A sub-agent panel with per-agent markup rules and credit limits
- Automatic voucher, invoice and refund documents
- A continuous ledger per agent, replacing the weekly spreadsheet
What changed
The head-office role changed from processing to supervising. Agents book at whatever hour suits them, and the balance owed by each one is correct at every moment rather than once a week.
